Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order or personalized items may require additional time. Please refer to individual listings for details.

Shipping Method & Tracking

All orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking. Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided. In some instances a signature may be required at drop off.

Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure this information is correct before placing your order. If the address listed is incorrect please let me know as soon as possible. Your order will be canceled and you may reorder using the correct address. If the order has been shipped, I am unable to cancel the order. 

Delays or Lost Packages

While I do my best to ensure timely delivery, I am not responsible for carrier-related delays or lost packages. If an issue arises, please reach out and I’ll assist you in any way I can.
